Unfortunately we do not have dedicated parking the parking available is onroad (be careful it is not 45 minute parking).

Child Blessing or Dedication

As a church family, we want to support parents, grandparents and caregivers as they seek to raise their children to know and love Jesus.  We recognise the enormous influence that family has on a child and it is our desire to be able to support families as they navigate the challenging and yet rewarding path of parenthood.

Please get in touch if you would like your child to be blessed within the church.

Believers Baptism

Believer’s baptism is a very special moment on the journey of faith. It is a moment when we make our personal commitment of faith in Jesus as Lord, and when God's presence and blessing meet us.
It signifies the end of our old life and of being born again to new life in Christ. Taking place by full immersion in water, it speaks of repentance and cleansing.

Weddings

Getting married in God’s presence is a very special occasion and we would be delighted if you chose to be married at Union Church. Please contact our team who would be happy to speak with you about it.

Funerals & Thanksgivings for Loved Ones

If you would like to have a funeral or a thanksgiving service for a loved one at Union Church please speak to your funeral director who will organise it with our team

Safeguarding

Safeguarding is the protection of adults and children from harm, abuse or neglect.

We all have the same rights and expectations of independence, respect, choice, fulfilment of our ambitions, to be heard, included, and to have privacy and confidentiality. These expectations are central to the way in which we interact with each other in our life together.
We make and maintain safe environments for all, having processes to follow should something go wrong, and support for everyone involved.
Our church has adopted a safeguarding policy  for children, young people, and vulnerable adults at risk. All Deacons and Leaders working with Young People or Vulnerable adults are DBS Checked.
